1 Your spreadsheet

Bring in players and test results you already have in Google Sheets or Excel. Any layout with one row per player per testing day works — names down the side, tests across the top. Nothing is saved until you check it in step 2.

Google Sheets: File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv), or copy and paste.
Columns it understands: player name, squad/team, test date, birth month (or date of birth — only month and year are kept), sex, player code, and any number of tests.
Times like 4:52 are read as seconds.

2 Check how it was read

Each column has a box underneath its heading. Green = matched to a test you already have, gold = will be added as a new test, grey = ignored. Change any box that's wrong.
